Terms of use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the NoDex app (on iPhone, Android or the web) and nodexdj.com. By using NoDex you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use NoDex.
Using NoDex
NoDex is free to use. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll try to give notice of big changes.
Your music
You're responsible for the tracks you load into NoDex. Only use music you have the right to use. Recording a mix for your own use is fine; publishing, streaming or selling mixes that contain other people's music may need permission from the people who own the rights, and that's up to you to get.
The demo tracks and NoDex library tracks are owned by us. You can mix and record with them in NoDex, but you can't sell them or redistribute them as standalone tracks.
The app itself
NoDex, its design, its logo and its code belong to us. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
No guarantees
We work hard to make NoDex reliable, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always work without interruptions or errors, so don't rely on it alone for a paid booking without a backup. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using NoDex. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
App stores
If you download NoDex from the App Store or Google Play, Apple's or Google's terms also apply to the download.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@nodexdj.com.
